The lawyers’ plain question is why did Abhishek Banerjee (Abhishek Banerjee ) make a comment for the benefit of the judges. On Monday morning, veteran BJP politician Tathagata Roy tweeted that he would file a lawsuit against Abhishek Banerjee.

Commentary on the judiciary by Abhishek Banerjee. A case has been instructed to be filed in this matter by the High Court (Kolkata High Court). The two lawyers brought the opinions of Trinamool Congress All India General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee on the court verdict to the attention of Justice Sabyasachi Bhattacharya of the Calcutta High Court.
